Frequently asked questions
What do I need to sign up?
Your mobile phone number, your vehicle details and five documents: driving licence, SRC certificate, K1/K2 authorisation certificate, vehicle registration and vehicle photo.
Can I see listings before my documents are approved?
Yes, you can see open listings. To make offers and use Buy Now, your documents must be approved.
Can I withdraw an offer I made?
Yes. As long as the shipper has not responded, you can withdraw your pending offer from the Tekliflerim ("My offers") screen.
Does the app track my location?
No. The driver app does not ask for location permission. For directions, the pickup and delivery addresses open in Google Maps with one tap.
Do I lose the delivery details if my connection drops?
No. If the connection drops, the delivery note photo, signature and recipient name stay on the screen; when the connection returns, you resend the same delivery with Tekrar gönder ("Send again").
