Our team reviews each driving licence, SRC certificate, K1/K2 authorisation certificate, vehicle registration and vehicle photo one by one; a driver whose documents are not approved cannot make offers.

Your listing collects offers and you choose the driver; or you set a Buy Now price and a verified driver takes the load without waiting.
03Delivery with delivery note and signature
On delivery, the driver uploads a photo of the delivery note along with the recipient's name and signature; all of it is stored with your listing.
04Your data stays with you
Your full address is shared only with the driver who takes the listing; the driver app does not ask for location permission.

What do I need to post a load?
The Yükümü Al app and your mobile phone number. You sign in with the 6-digit code sent to your phone, complete your individual or business profile and post your listing.
What is Buy Now?
If you add a Buy Now price to your listing, verified drivers can take the load at that price without waiting for offers. The load is assigned to the first driver who takes it and you are notified straight away. If you do not add a price, your listing collects offers and you make the choice.
How are drivers verified?
Drivers upload their driving licence, SRC certificate, K1/K2 authorisation certificate, vehicle registration and a vehicle photo; our team reviews each document one by one. A driver whose documents have not been approved cannot make offers or use Buy Now.
How do I follow the transport?
When the driver picks up the load, sets off and delivers it, your listing's status is updated in the app and you receive a notification. Live location is not shown on a map; the driver app does not ask for location permission.
Which provinces is it available in?
Listings can be posted in all 81 provinces of Turkey. Pickup and delivery points are selected at province, district and neighbourhood level; the driver opens directions with a single tap.
What happens after delivery?
The driver uploads a photo of the delivery note and the recipient's name and signature. You review the delivery and rate the driver; if you do not rate the driver within three days, the transport is completed automatically.
